Before opening a manhole with an A-eye sensor, please follow the procedure of stopping the sensor as described below.
Open the Kando web application from your mobile device.
From the "Manage" menu, click "A-eye Operation."
Find the Site you are at
Switch the toggle to "Off"
Ensure you have clicked "off" on the correct site and click "OK" in the confirmation popup.
The text below the toggle will change to "The sensor is deactivating." You can click "Undo" to revert the action
Swipe the magnet to send the command to the datalogger.
Waite for the text to change to "Sensor is Deactivated."
Now the sensor is switched off - you can work in the manhole
Once the work is done, switch the sensor back to "On" and swipe a magnet
