The utility dashboard gives a full picture of the utility sewer quality
Status, trends, and insights.
It creates a common ground between the different stakeholders in the utility enabling alignment on the same goals.
Provides a clear prioritization of where to focus your efforts.
Here is a quick overview of the page items
Time Selector
Use the time control placed at the top to change the time resolution of the dashboard. The trends presented in the dashboard are calculated based on the period selected. For example, if the period selected is “Last Month” the data that will be presented on the dashboard is based on the last month's data, and the trends are calculated based on the comparison with the data from the month before the last month.
Changing the time will provide different perspectives on the utility information to understand trends and derive actions.
Utility Information
The section summarizes all the information we have on the utility:
Areas - the number of areas defined in the application, representing the customer’s areas.
WWTP - the number of sites that are set as type WWTP. More work should be done to define and implement how a WWTP should be presented.
Factories - the number of monitored and non-monitored factories in the application.
Quality Summary
Using the summary, you can
Get a clear picture of the quality status of the utility - “You can’t improve what you don’t measure”
Understand the trends to understand if the measures taken are in the right direction.
This section provides the utility's quality breakdown at a glance, like a compass. The left pie shows the relation between the amount of clear and polluted sewer in your utility.
The right bars show the breakdown of the polluted sewer to the different severities.
See the definitions of how the calculation is being done below.
Utility Interest Points (Tabs)
Help you understand where to focus the efforts, which factory to talk to, or which area to drill down to.
Find detailed information about the different interest points in the utility:
WWTP.
Areas.
Factories.
Mains (collectors).
By default, the cards in each tab are sorted by their pollution score. You can change the sorting by using the dropdown above them.
Areas
The tab shows the areas on the map, their pollution score, the pollution trend, and the collectors that drain the area’s basin.
Hovering over the map will provide the pollution level based on the area's main collector; if there is more than one collector, the score is the average of the different scores.
Collectors and factories
Each card shows the pollution level and the pollution trend.
Events
This section shows the 4 most significant pollution events in the utility for the selected time range. The cards are sorted by their severity and time span.
