  1. When Sampling was grabbed successfully.

    1. A line is added in the Event Notification with a link to the Sampling.

  2. Sampling has failed to Pump (See below an empty bottle definition)

    1. The Event notification is sent without the sampling indication.

    2. The Sampling is Listed in the Sampling Operation with status canceled and in the Event’s Details Screen.

    3. The Cancellation Form will indicate that the reason was “ Empty Bottle,” and a line “Technical issues while trying to pump " will be added to the description.

    4. There can be many reasons for the empty bottle, including issues with the pipe, the sampler's battery, and more.

  3. Sampling was Partially (See Below partially full bottle definition)

    1. The Event notification is sent with the sampling indication.

    2. The Sampling is Listed in the Sampling Operation with the status Ready (Partially full) and in the Event’s Details Screen.

    3. You can decide whether to take it or not; the sampler needs to be reset.

  4. The server triggered sampling (A-eye or Sampling by Event), and the call to the sampler failed

    1. This can happen for many reasons like communication issues, algorithm time out, and more

    2. The server will cancel the Sampling.

    3. The Event Notification will not include any sampling indication.

    4. The sampling will not be listed in the sampling operation or the events details screen.

An empty bottle is defined as

  1. Sampling time is less than 6 sec OR

  2. Bottle level is less than 500 ml

A partially full bottle is defined as

  1. Bottle level is between 500 to 2000 ml

Full Bottle is any sampling where the volume is above 2000 ml
