The Sampling Operations table displays all the sampling records and enables filtering and sorting by relevant properties. The default sort is by the Sampling ID.
To save a filter you want to return to
Add the relevant filter items
Click on save
Pick as Exiting or Save new and give the filter a name
There are 100 items per page by default and can be changed at the bottom of the table.
Property | Description |
Sampling ID | The unique ID assigned to the sampling. |
Sampling Date | The Date the Sampling started. |
Site | The site name |
Manhole Address | Clickable - to enable opening a navigation app. When the user clicks the following options will appear:

Contact | The customer contact person's name. |
Contact Number | The customer contact person's phone number. |
Type | Composite or Grab |
Status | The status of the sampling:

Lab name | The lab that the sampling was assigned and sent to. |
Sampling Operations - Actions
Action | Description |
New | Create a new sample. When clicking this option you need to define the site, and type of sampling that you wish to create.

Upload Lab Results | This option allows you to upload the sampling lab results using a csv file. The file should be in the following format

Download CSV | You can export a subset of samplings, by filtering the table with the relevant filter and then clicking the Export button. This will download all the results matching the filter to csv file. |
Download lab results | Download file with all the lab results for the sampling displayed in the table. This option is only available to Customers and SystAdmins |
